Great experience working with Jeff Paulso of Ebens AC. I have never cared for the air handling unit to be in the attic. Jeff came up with a plan to move this unit to the garage. I could not be more happy with how it turned out. The four technicians Angle, Jose, Pedro and Fernando that did the install and clean up were absolutely great. Their workmanship and attention to detail was first class. From start to finish 100% satisfied with complete job.

Back in Dec 10th Kevin L replaced the garbage disposal. The bathroom tank flapper was 5 yrs old and didn’t seal properly, so the fill valve kept filling the tank and was replaced. Kevin was friendly and explained what needed to be done. He was neat and respectful. To follow up on January 13th I called Ebens to let them know the flapper was not working. Kevin came back and determined a part on the flapper was broken. It was under warranty and this time he replaced all the parts in the tank. Great job Kevin…I would recommend Ebens for your plumbing problems.

Ebens has been nothing but a quality experience. Their text based messaging is sent out in a thoughtful cadence. The day of service, 15 minutes before technician arrival we received a notification with the name and picture of the tech. Five minutes prior to his arrival, Trevor called to introduce himself. He was exceptionally friendly and professional for his entire visit, answering our questions thoughtfully and intelligently. He was neat in appearance and went about his tasks efficiently. We definitely want him to be "our tech" in the future. Five stars, Ebens!
