ChristWay Church in Flowood is housed in a 22,000 square foot metal building that is about 40 years old. The structure has internal gutters on each end. We have had severe leaks on both ends of the building, and have been dealing with them for years. Also, we had numerous smaller leaks in various places across the roof, due to backed out screws, failing seals around vents, etc. Malone Roofing was highly recommended to me for a solution. They came out and looked everything over, and gave me a very reasonable quote. They pressure washed the gutters, and sealed them up very well. If you're on the fence about what roofer to use and are reading this review, go ahead and hire Malone. They were my first quote and surprisingly ended up being the cheapest quote. (I don't use someone just because they are the cheapest but Malone happened to be.) Robbie came out to my house within the week of me calling and told me I had hail/wind damage. I filed a claim with my insurance and Robbie coordinated with the adjuster to meet a few days later to look at the roof together. Though my roof was 18 years old, they helped me get money from my insurance to help pay for a new one. Malone Roofing did a spectacular job on replacing our roof that had been damaged in a hail storm. They upgraded our basic builder-grade roof to a top-notch architectural roof that should withstand almost everything that Mississippi weather provides! The supervisor, Eddie, was personable and professional. Eddie worked with our insurance company to help us get the maximum that they would cover, and made it much easier on us. The office staff member that we worked with was Christina. She also was personable and so helpful! She even handled the paperwork for our HOA approval which saved us time and effort. I called 3 different roofing services to go over our home after hail damage. Malone roofing saved the day, helped with the insurance company, and walked an inspector and adjuster through what was needed. It took about 72 working hours (due to damages unknown until the roof was off). They also fixed mistakes the builder had made. We were not out of pocket at all, and they truly did an amazing job.
