I had an emergency situation when my HVAC drain pipe got clogged and water overflowed from the drain pan onto the attic floor. This caused water to drip through the loft celing. I got Eli's referebce through a friend and called him. Eli turned up within 2 hours and dkd a thorough job of unclogging the pipe and draining out all the water. He also cleaned the drain pan and the entire attic area.Within no time, the dripping stopped. Eli was very knowledgeable, skillful, and thorough at his work. He is very competent and reliable. We retained Eli to pressure wash the house and deck. He texted the morning of to confirm the appointment and his arrival time, he arrived a few minutes early, checked with us and got to work. He did a thorough job and everything looks great. The house is almost 40 years old and is on a busy road. It's probably the first time it's been washed and it looks terrific. We highly recommend Eli!
