I am his neighbor. My ac had gone out on a Saturday night. He heard my ac try and cycle on and it didn’t. He came over that night and was able to diagnose and repair my ac with in an hour. My house has reached 83 degrees, but was cool the next morning. Our ac still running top notch. This is the kind of community service that we support. Short and simple; Terry and his team are the most honest a/c guys I have ever dealt with. Back in 2011, about 7 months after moving into my new home (new to me), my air conditioner stopped cooling. This was my first home, and as you can imagine, it was a little intimidating as this was new territory for me. I called to get estimates from four air conditioning companies here in Tallahassee, of which only three actually came out. Each rep told me that I would need to replace the entire system because it was "completely shot", including the air handler due to code and I received quotes that ranged from $6,500 - $8,500.
