A squirrel family chewed through my soffit and took up residence in my attic. Called Katie, and she came out and did a thorough inspection and told me step by step what she recommended to resolve the situation and why. They installed a trap, safely removed the squirrel family, and reinforced the soffit corners. She was courteous, professional, and understanding of my concerns through the whole process. Communication was also amazing. Have already referred her to another family! Other companies that provided estimates were double in price, and didn’t make me feel like they cared like she did. 10/10 would recommend and use again (but hopefully no more wildlife problems at my home)!

I found Katie’s company through a Facebook ad and she responded within minutes of my reaching out. My house is 45 years old and built off grade. The iron grates over the vents are large enough that squirrels, other rodents and snakes can easily gain access. Her company installs attractive screens over the existing grates that block vermin but still allow ventilation. Installation took only a few hours and was reasonably priced at about $75 per grate including installation.

We had a problem with a large colony of bats roosting under the roof eave drip. We interviewed 3 companies and selected Katie’s company because of the plan she proposed to remove the bats safely and because she loves bats as we do. Her plan worked perfectly, and she and her team were a pleasure to work with every step of the way.

We had squirrels invade our attic, and then fall into an interior wall and die. We hired Varmint Eviction to remove the dead animals from the wall, and then to determine how they got into our attic. Katie was very professional and caring, and after a thorough inspection she found the point of entry. She came back and sealed all potential points of entry, so our house is now rodent free and should remain that way. I can't recommend this company enough.
