Got loaded in about 30 minutes which was great… Unfortunately the woman in charge was probably the rudest person I’ve ever encountered as a trucker. Completely uncalled for and unprofessional. Update here are a few pictures of what to expect from this place.

I was running an hour late for my 17:00 appointment last week on a Friday. I called ahead to let them know I was running late and the woman that answered the phone said that they were closing at 18:00 because of the holiday, but said that she'd keep a forklift driver late to unload me. Thanks to her, I didn't have to take my 10-hour rest in Rockford and got to sleep in my own bed. Great company!

The woman answering is always extremely rude. she says she is the manager and if you ask to talk the boss, she tells you the boss would never talk to you about making a complaint. This place is terrible, anyone that has this customer to deliver to, please do charge them 4× your normal rate and you'll still be sorry that you ever went there.

Called ahead and asked if I could unload earlier, got told they will try. Very friendly woman on the phone. A lot of space to make turns and back into the dock.

Excellent communication from shipping and receiving. Containers loaded very fast. Always receive payment on time.
