Very happy with Eco Roofing Solutions! Had three different companies come over for a free estimate - One, didn't get on the roof but simply asked how old the house was and said a complete roof replacement was required. Second company got on the roof and said based on the year of the home it will need a complete roof replacement. Eco Roofing not only got on the roof but took pictures of the trouble spots, highlighted the pros and cons and provided options which were: (1) replace the trouble areas and (2) repair/maintain areas that are good but can use some attention. Gave me the options to make those adjustments or a complete roof replacement. Jordan (sales) was professional, thorough and honest. Communication was excellent—they kept me informed at every step, answered all of my questions promptly, and made sure I understood the timeline and scope of work. This post is overdue. We had a partial roof repair at the beginning of January. The process was easy, beginning with a professional roof inspector, Shelby Heyer, who provided a thorough evaluation which included photos depicting the areas requiring repair. We were given quotes by the owner, Eric, for both the must needed repair as well as preventative update options. We went with the needed repair and there was not hard pitch to try to up-sell you for a bigger project. Our project was done in a day. They cleaned up all debris and left the place looking great. We have had no issues with leaks during storms since the repair. I would highly recommend Eco Roofing Solutions.

This company was very responsive when scheduling the estimate. However, after having four roofing companies inspect my roof, they were the only one who recommended a full replacement of both the main and flat roof despite the roof being only eight years old and having no leaks or active issues. The other roofers advised minor repairs and sealing in a few areas for around $800. Based on the significant difference in recommendations and pricing, their assessment felt excessive and concerning. I would not trust them.
