Eco Serve Pest Services

We have been using Eco Pest services for the past 4 years on regular exterior and interior spraying. Noticed with the snow melting we noticed we have a massive issue now with voles and they destroyed our beautiful lawn. Right away I called our service rep. Mark and he helped get me on the right plan to hopefully get this addressed. I can’t tell you how amazing this company is. They truly care about their customers. Today I had Gabriel come out and walk the perimeter with me and he set up the plan to start the process to hopefully get rid of them. Now I know this is not gonna be an easy process and it will take time, but my hope is that it will be under control and we will not experience the lawn damage that we currently have going forward. We have been using EcoServe for routine seasonal maintenance and extermination of carpenter bees, carpenter ants and mice, in addition to removal of yellow jacket, wasp, and ground bee nests, and more recently tick and mosquito prevention as well. Employees always communicate effectively about scheduling and safety protocols, are courteous, respectful of property, are willing to answer questions and provide information requested. They always have a kind word and insect activity pack for our curious children and are willing to let them shadow and observe their work when conditions are safe.

Jaren was absolutely outstanding! People are what make a company and Jared is a keeper! He was friendly and understanding! On top of that he helped locate a dead mouse in my insulation that was causing an odor. He addressed all my issues in such a kind way and answered all of my questions. Would give 10 stars! He was a real life super hero!

I am extremely happy with EcoServe. I have been using them for a couple of years now and their service and professionalism are far superior to the other company I was using. I am especially appreciative of Madeline, who has come out twice within a week in these extremely frigid temperatures to ensure the work was complete! Thank you!!
