EcoClean Earth Concord: House Cleaning and Office Cleaning Services

I was initially very happy with EcoClean services and posted positive reviews here which the company now has on its we site as well. After recurring scheduling problems and no shows (after leaving our home unlocked) and poor cleaning when they “accommodated” us by rescheduling the next day we canceled our services. Cleaners did come to our home but did not clean it well in the short time they were there and they left without securing our home. Yesterday i received an email with the companys response to a three month old positive review which is also posted on its website. When we terminated services i decided not to post a negative review but based on the actions of the company continuing to use old reviews after we terminated their services has promoted me to write now.

I’m absolutely thrilled with Ecoclean! Their team did an amazing job, and I love that they use 100% eco-friendly, non-toxic products. It’s so refreshing to know my home is spotless without any harsh chemicals—especially with pets and kids around. The team was super friendly, professional, and detailed, leaving my place looking and feeling incredible. I’m definitely sticking with Ecoclean for all my cleaning needs! Highly recommend!

Eco Clean has been a life saver for our family! With a toddler and working full-time, maintaining the cleanliness of our living space has been such a challenge. ECOclean has come to our rescue. They are professional and so thorough!!! coming back to our house after they have cleaned is truly a bright spot in our month!

The folks at Eco Clean did a great job with the general house cleaning. They were professional and efficient. The only reason for the 4 rating and not 5 is due to a miss communication about details of a carpet cleaning.

Since I am a health nut I was very pleased with the evo friendly products they used. They did an excellent job cleaning my home as it smelled wonderful. No harmful chemicals. House cleaning professionals!!!
