The plumber showed up because we had water in the carpet in the master bedroom closet . The demo the kitchen sink and washer area and while eco dry took and treated things they broke my countertop and broken me cabinet to my sink . Once the made the claim to my insurance and charged 9000 my insurance negotiated down to 5000 . They would not return my calls or take responsibility for what they broke. Apparently getting quotes for countertops and possibly new cabinet and refinishing all the other ones will run more then 15,000 . They they only want to take the insurance money from you and not take responsibility for damages they made . Really shady company do not trust them to do no work for you . Today I had the help of Ecodry to handle a leak in my ceiling. Landon, Joe and David did an impecable job. The precision and cleanliness on how they work it’s amazing. I had to ask them for their names because their work was outstanding. I’m very pleased with the way they dried the leak and worked covering my furniture and created a tunnel so the particles of the drywall don’t travel through the room. I’m super happy to work with them.

On Nov 18,2024 I had a large water leak from my upstairs bathroom going through the ceiling downstairs to my bar area. The Plumber suggested I higher echo dry restoration and they came out within an hour. They said everything needed a dry out process so they brought in fans and quickly taped off the areas for their air scrubbers to dry out the ceilings and walls and flooring upstairs and downstairs. They said they had to be there for 24 hours to two days. They forgot to turn on the fans upstairs so the first day nothing was done upstairs until I found the fan that was turned off and turned it on myself they demanded I signed paperwork stating that they would Charge my insurance, but the paperwork had no pricing so it was like giving a blank check and I didn’t understand what I was signing

BEWARE of eco dry. We had a broken shower valve which was repaired by a plumber and recommended us to eco dry for the water damage inside our walls. They came out and did some moisture testing and made holes in our walls for asbestos testing. They mentioned to us not to speak with our insurance at all and they would handle everything. I’m ok with the company speaking to the insurance for my behalf but I would still want to be in the loop so that was a little weird. After doing some research and seeing the bad reviews we were a little worried so we decided to go with a different company. When we called eco dry back to cancel they told us we would owe them $1850 for the testing. $1850 is outrageous just to take some pictures and put holes in my wall for asbestos testing which we still

Professional company, all of their employees that I came in contact with were polite, and did a good job. I believe some names were Rafael, Sebastian, and Mikey was particularly helpful. I've never needed to deal with a company in their line of work before, but they were fine to deal with. Good communication throughout the process. Recommend them.
