Ecodry Restoration of Nevada

This company is shockingly unprofessional, reckless, and blatantly disrespectful of both property owners and tenants. They came to inspect my tenant’s unit for water damage and scheduled an asbestos inspection — but instead of contacting me for authorization, a written quote, or a timeline, they proceeded to demolish the bathroom without so much as a phone call. They didn’t even consult me before tearing the place apart. I only discovered the carnage when my tenant sent me photos of the bathroom in ruins. Their behavior was presumptuous and coercive. They tried to justify it by saying “usually” insurance covers this kind of work, as if that gives them the right to make irreversible decisions on my property without my consent. I had no intention of approving any repairs until my insurance

I had a water heater leak and flood into my home. I called EcoDry after getting a referral from a neighbor. They came out and addressed all my issues. They had everything handled through my insurance. Everything went seamless and everyone involved was professional. Thanks EcoDry!

I was referred by legacy cooling heating plumbing and electrical. Drew was pleasant and seemed to be looking out for my best interest well at least that’s what I thought. Drew came with a light tool bag and took it to the garage to examine the possible slab leak that the plumber informed me of. Drew also checked the room next to the garage to make sure it was good. Had a leak in my garage around Christmas and Ecodry was out ASAP and handled everything. Professional. Clean. Fast. Took a huge weight off my shoulders during the holiday. Made my bad day a good one. 10/10

I was referred without notification from Danny, prior tech from Simply Air Conditioning to have Eco Dry Restoration, Sergio, come out here. I felt intimidated by him to be belittled when he said 'you don't remember me, we've been out here before,' being I don't know it was going to be him and was convinced to have someone to do water damage inspection inside my walls. He said after being lame and lazy about it to me that I don't have any water leaks but assuming since no renters above me ever since maybe Danny, Simply Air Cond, has a point that something has changed if there is still something left that I can send over to HOA. After he belittled me, I was getting upset with him, like him asking who I remembered like I"m going to know he changed over from WFM to Eco Dry. How was I supposed
