I had the best support ever today, 12/26 from Mauricio Cordeiro and he also helped the Riedell tech, resolve all my heat pump Issues. I was completely down and cold with wind chill around zero. He quickly Realized I had two bad thermostats then the circuit board. Due to his quick help the board was located on island and the thermostats allowing the technician to restore my heat by the end of the day. His knowledge, patience and skill sets are fabulous and should be rewarded! I’m forever an Ecoer fan because of Mauricio! Thank you for saving our Christmas!!!

Best system ever with above expectation support. Leo has gone above and beyond any other company support representative I have dealt with. It is really nice to see, for a change that a company will actually have extremely knowledgeable representatives talking to field engineers and technicians with any installation issues or questions. I can honestly say when it comes to heat pumps, Ecoer sets the gold standard.

Leo was the man! He helped the HVAC technician troubleshoot the issue, order replacement parts, and guided me through ensuring everything was back up to manufacturer's spec.
