Called on a weekend and tbe owner answered. Was friendly and knowledgeable. Met with Josh Guido at the property. He was professional friendly and accommodating. Shifted his schedule to accomdate my timing issues. Josh came with a keen ear for our pest problem. Dude had a really comprehensive approach and plan of attack. Price is more than fair considering the effort they are putting forth. I am very happy and would happily recommend EcoGuard for anyone is looking for help with their pest problems

I just want to give my honest opinion about this company. Sometimes when you get used to a technician, they end up being switched to another area, which can be a little frustrating. Jose used to come to my place, and he was excellent — very trustworthy and a hard worker. That said, the company does have great technicians. Today I had Corey, and I want to give him a shout-out as well. He has a very upbeat personality, hard worker and did a very good job. Overall, I’m very pleased.🌹

This was our initial service. The EcoGuard rep Akoni was helpful, knowledgeable, and professional on all our interactions to set up our account and to learn about the services. The tech who serviced our home today was knowledgeable, friendly, and did a great job We compared a lot of services out there and EcoGuard rose above all others in knowledge, service, and value!

Omar came to our house for flea treatment, and I’m extremely happy with his service. He always listens carefully to my requests and takes the time to address my concerns. He is very thorough and professional every visit, and the results have been consistently great. I’m very satisfied every time and would highly recommend his service.

Really enjoy the service. Joshua Guido is very knowledgeable and attentive to the needs of our home. He makes sure to check in before and after service to make sure all areas and needs are covered to make sure month to month the product delivers full function. And it does.
