Swift, knowledgeable, highly professional, super well organized. As a person with a technical background, including in the equipment that Ecoheat works on for me I feel really good about working with them for my home and my business for both maintenance, repair service and new installation. I ask questions and I get real no nonsense, information and data-grounded answers with no BS. I find their pricing competitive and their work of excellent quality and value. I’ve been a customer since 2016 and referred them to lots of other people for quality HVAC work. If I have a problem, they work me into their schedule as quickly as possible. They are totally reliable.

We first worked with EcoHeat a few years back on an A/C system installation and had a great experience. Reached out to them a couple of days ago because our furnace was blowing cold air. They were super quick to respond and get us on the schedule for a service call. The technician was right on time, diagnosed the issue and had it fixed within about 90 minutes. Couldn't be more satisfied!

We first worked with EcoHeat about 9 years ago to replace our home’s old oil furnace with a Mitsubishi ductless system. Thomas and his crew did an excellent job and were quite meticulous in the design and installation of our system, which spans 3 levels of a 1920’s house. They even worked overtime to get our heat back on during an ice storm. We still use them exclusively for regular system maintenance. Their techs are always friendly and extremely knowledgeable, and I especially appreciate that they never leave me with a mess to clean up after their visit - they’re diligent about shoe protection and treat me and my home with respect!

I would highly recommend Eco Heat. Great communication and timely attention. My Mini Splits were not working (installed by another company) on very cold days. Eco Heat came out quickly and got them running again! Very knowledgeable and friendly. Eco-Heat will now be my go-to HVAC team for my properties.

I had 2 technicians Griffin and Mark and both were knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. I have 2 furnaces for the house and a split mini for our ADU and had some new insulation to reinstall in one of the crawl spaces. They arrived on the scheduled time and all the work was performed in a professional and timely manner. I have been using Ecoheat for approximately 15 years and that I continue to use them is a testament to the service they have provided me.
