The owner of EcoLife evidently runs his business from St George and seems to care little about his customers here in Ephraim and Manti. The lack of adequate staff is giving his business here in this area a black eye. The one gal answering the phone is swamped by calls in 2024 and she cannot possibly return them all within weeks, let alone in an afternoon or by the end of day. We scheduled service, but no one came on the scheduled day. It took five calls -- the first four over several weeks (unanswered and unreturned) and finally on the fifth a sweet gal named Aubrey in the office picked up. I asked her to pull up our account. When she did , she immediately began apologizing profusely.... she could see at a glance how EcoLife had dropped the ball on us over 5 weeks. We run a business so

These guys do quality work! Our technician was an awesome young man named Mac! Not only was he super friendly but he also did a super thorough job around the entire building! Whatever they’re paying him he’s worth every penny. Mac is the freaking man there’s not a bug too scary that he won’t kill. He definitely is the reason why I’m sticking with Eco Life

Ecolife does a great job maintaining my sprinkler systems. They are professional, courteous, timely, and fair.

We have used Eco Life for several years for lawn fertilization and weed control. We subscribe to a yearly maintenance schedule. Last fall I spoke with the technician spraying our lawns.I asked if anything could be done to eliminate the broad blade crab grass that was infiltrating the lawns. He said that if the lawns were treated while they were dormant in early spring, they could remediate the undesirable grass. I called Eco Life and asked that we be put on their schedule for early spring while the lawn is dormant to treat the lawns. I was assured they would be at our property in early spring while the grass was dormant. I renewed my yearly subscription even though they still owed us a treatment. These guys are awesome! Trevor and his pest control team came and did a fantastic job with protecting my home from the bugs. They are very polite and respectful and very efficient. I would highly recommend them!
