We've had several rock chips fix here plus one windshield. Competitive prices and excellent service. They replaced the GPS on the front window too.

I took my car in to get the windshield replaced, but several weeks later I noticed the windshield sprayers were not working. I called in, and the receptionist gave me no hassle, she just set an appointment to have someone look at it. It just so happened at the night before the appointment, I got a rock chip in my new windshield. When I showed up to have their technician look at the windshield sprayer, he noticed the chip and offered to fix it. The technician fixed windshield sprayer and filled the rock chip at no cost. The customer service at this business is off the charts.

My experience differs from that of other reviewers. House of Glass replaced two steel doors for me this past Summer. Each installation had to be redone by my contractor. Neither door operates well. One of the doors has a glass insert with a visible gap that allows for tons of leaked air. Though I have closed the gap with silicone, it remains unsightly. House of Glass was also supposed to come make repairs to the threshold of my front door. It seemed my contractor had no pull to get them there. After releasing my contractor from the job, I called several times to schedule a repair. They would not commit to a schedule, but repeatedly assured me that they would get back to me and fit me in before Winter. They were a no show. It seems they are only interested in big jobs.
