Showed up to my house in Maspeth once and has never come back for a follow up visit, they’ll steal your money, didn’t solve a single problem

Their techs apparently don’t know how to park without hitting people’s cars. Great rolling billboard for poor customer service

Reckless driving in company truck swerving around and not looking at their mirrors. Moving into a 30 mph lane from almost a stand still is beyond stupid with 0.05 second blinker indication. Do not support this business.

Ecology was WONDERFUL. I have NO complaints. Everytime I called, the staff was really nice, understanding and very helpful. I cant recommend them enough. I had the same guy doing all the visits, although he wasn't the nicest, he was all about doing his job and he did a superb job. He was very thorough and informative. They did their visits and I haven't had bed bugs since! Thank you Ecology!

As a Real Estate broker, I deal with a lot of inspectors. For Termite inspections, I use Ecology Exterminating Services. Jeff is great-- he's prompt, thorough and explains the process and any issues in a clear, patient manner so everyone understands exactly what's going on. I can't recommend him highly enough.
