Econo Appliance Repair

In previous dealings, I was completely satisfied wirh Econo Appliance Repait. My most recent experience has changed that. We have a Viking range wirh a gas cooktop. For quite some time, the lighting mechanism for the burners often continued clicking continuously after the burners would ignite. Econo looked at it some time ago and said the only fix was a major parts replacement. Some burners worked O. K., so we used just those. In July the problem spread to all burners. We decided to bite the bullet and pay for the major repair. A tech visited and ordered parts, which were installed in August. The cost came to $697.80. After work was done, some burners remained sporatically noisy. Ohers worked until they all reverted to clicking mode - on Thanksgiving weekend of course. I called E

Our dishwasher stopped working on a Saturday. We called the office and spoke with Jen who was helpful and found us an appointment 4 days later. Scott the technician arrived within the appointment window and was friendly, polite, and professional. Our dishwasher is working and Scott helped us find a plan to fix the start panel if we have the problem again. We highly recommend this company because they were true to their word and knew what to do with our appliance that wasn't working properly.
