Great customer service, especially from Oscar. Throughout the year Oscar has assisted our office staff in locating motors and blower wheels for our clients and we appreciate it.

Oscar and Andrew were outstanding today. They helped me find the right wheel for my HVAC system's blower fan. Beyond that, the crew went above and beyond to help answer some of my questions regarding a few parts and overall, they were very handy to have at a location so close to home! Old school customer service! They actually answer their phone personally, and do their best to get you through what you're looking for without being insulting. Very well stocked with great pricing. Always I felt comfortable they were looking out for my best interest

Husband sent me to pick up a few items for the AC. I thought he was joking... I don't know anything about anything on ACs'. Thankfully Roger helped me and walked me through everything and HE MADE SURE that I got the right size and product. He was kind and helpful. Thank you Roger for being Awesome! High-Five!

Had the need to buy a fan blade for my a/c. The blade was fused to the motor. These guys did everything in their power to help me. Even going as far as opening a tool to help. I ended up buying the motor also, so I could make sure I wasn’t going to have any issues down the line. The wiring was different and they walked me through the whole install. I have to tell you that I truly appreciated their help. They are truly helpful and you can see they enjoy it. My hats off to the owner for hiring such an excellent staff.
