Lance is a straightforward, no BS, fair and reliable guy. People that operate like him are harder to find these days. If you have a problem with an appliance do yourself a favor and call him. He could've fixed my broken washer and charged me tons of money but he gave it to me straight that it was toast and that I was better off replacing it.

Had Lance stop by a few weeks ago to repair my dryer's heating element. He was transparent about how much he would charge me, the price was very reasonable, scheduling was easy, and he was in and out in about an hour. Dryer has been working great.

The best experience. Lance is a very knowledgeable guy, He knew exactly what the problem was before even looking at it, He came out, confirmed the problem and had me up and running in 3 hrs.
