Economy Brick Sales

DO NOT buy from them. I bought a fireplace from them (spent a total of $2000) in January. Due to delays with the renovations of our home, we didn't remove the fireplace from the box until April (3 months later). When we removed it, it was damaged in multiple places (scratches, dents, & a crack in the brick). I called to speak to someone about this & was immediately shut down. She was insinuating that we damaged it after it left their store. We still had the cardboard under the carport & all of the tags etc attached. We did NOT damage it. The lady claimed this has never happened before (which I'm sure is an outright untruth). They deal with lots of fireplaces being shipped in/out. Do not trust these people. Their lack of customer service is unacceptable. We were going to purchase our bricks

Do not buy anything from this company. They have no returns. You can give the correct square footage and they give the oversize cubes and want take the extra bricks back. The bring you broken bundles and refused to take returns. This company SUCKS. The sales people as well. Thanks TG.

DO NOT RECOMMEND this company at all!! I reached out to Jason Smith in May of this year. The brick we wanted was white concrete brick (low maintenance compared to painted/stained brick because it’s white all the way through, no need to repaint/stain) and the wait time was pretty long from what I read. When I originally reached out to Jason, he sent me the quote and told me the wait time was only 8-10 weeks. In July he called and said the wait was now 22 weeks and wanted to know if we would like to go ahead and order even though we hadn’t broke ground yet (so we wouldn’t be waiting on the brick). My husband told him to go ahead and order. I reached out today to the office because I haven’t heard back from Jason after multiple attempts. He finally called me and asks if I still want that bric

Great products and great staff. I believe if they don't have it, they can come close or get it.
