We had an amazing experience with Ecopool from start to finish! They helped us design and build the perfect swimming pool for our family, and our kids absolutely love it! The window feature they included is a real showstopper—it adds such a unique touch. We went with an 8 x 20 pool, and the quality is top-notch. I highly recommend Ecopool if you’re considering an inground pool, especially on a difficult lot. I worked with them on a large custom inground pool project that was anything but simple. The yard had a slope and a lot of rock, the kind of site where a traditional concrete pool would usually mean large retaining walls and a big bill. The steel construction works well with slopes, as the pool is slightly above ground on one side. In my opinion, this pool system is ideal for soils that move, rocky ground, or sloped lots.  It helped avoid a lot of the extra cost from retaining walls. Neither the shipping was accurate, nor the customer paying for the return label was clear. When I bought it it said return it anytime within 30 days, and it is guaranteed to be delivered within 1-3 days? I got it after 6 days and I came to find I need to pay the return shipping from the website when I tried to initiate a return because it was delivered late.
