Had a very nice experience today with Humphrey an Ecoshield’s technician. He came to the door, introduced himself, explained what he would be doing, and answered all of my questions. He was on time, on the correct day, polite, and friendly. These things mean a lot, and seem to happen increasingly seldomly. So far, my experience with Ecoshield and their team has been positive.

Aaron was very informative, patient, and attentive to my requests and especially questions needing answers. Looking forward to having him come back out to our property. Will be requesting him more often. Thanks Aaron!!!! Keep up the great work. 🙏🏼

John was great! Prompt and informative, he made sure to ask if I had requests or questions and if he could help with any specifics. I was home for this service and noticed John taking the time to do a thorough job even in this cold weather! I'm grateful for his attention to detail and quality service! Eco shield has an excellent employee in this young man.

Acea is awesome!!! He explained everything he did and what I should expect from the service. Very clean cut and polite. Most importantly he is honest. I lost a 50 dollar bill the day before he was here. I was not here when he performed the service , but Acea found the 50.00 and put it in my mailbox and left me a note. No one was around and he very easily could have just put it in his pocket like many people would have. I also Fox Pest Control and i was trying to decide which service to cancel. Due to the honesty and integrity of Acea, I am canceling Fox Pest control and keeping EcoShield. This type of emoloyee speaks volumes to the type of people that work there.

Our first experience with EcoShield and Aaron went very well. Reliable, friendly, good communicators Our first bimonthly service visit was great. Anthony was friendly and professional. He also was thorough and took his time. I just spoke with Vein to set up a follow-up visit to check traps. He was efficient and quick to set up our appointment, and it will be done today. Much appreciated! Aaron came today to refill the bait boxes and do a general check. He does a great job!
