I would love to say that I am satisfied with the overall quality of service but, I can’t really say that I am. Prior to this appointment, I had requested to cancel my appointment and the service altogether due to increasingly poor performance by the providers that come by. The pictures attached are from the tech that serviced the house on the 11th. Though he spent more than 20 minutes clearing spider webs from patio ceiling but he missed our windows and door frames. Alex was extraordinary! Not only he did an excellent job, he took time to answer questions from my 10 year old about the product used and how it works. He was very knowledgeable and patient. We appreciate good customer service. He showed great interaction with us the customers. He should get a bonus!

They do a great job keeping the outside of the home free and clear of spiders and wasp nest. The treatments bi-monthly work well for our family's needs. Great at keeping us updated when tech is in route as well.

Ana from Customer Service provided excellent service this morning. She listened to my two issues, addressed both of them quickly and was very understanding and respectful. This helped me stay with the program. Then she emailed me the confirmations as well. Exceptional service from Ana.
