Angeli was helpful explaining that the inspection covers pretty much any entry points or vulnerability areas inside and outside the house including attic and crawlspace. She also scheduled a date that was convenient for me when I was going to be home. Angeli was clear and polite and answered my questions. As an existing customer, this inspection was free since I already had existing pest control service.

So shocked at how many good reviews this place has! The door to door sales guy sold me on switching our service from EcoPest to Ecoshield because he made it sound much better for a slightly higher price. It was a huge mistake switching! After the first 2 treatment phases where everything should be working, we instead had a ton of spiderwebs pop up all around the house and I was killing spiders right and left inside the house. The last guy that came out apparently didn't spray well or maybe it just doesn't work. He also told me to keep my kids/pets away for 30 mins cuz it's toxic to them when the original guy told me it's safe for kids and pets 🤔.
