DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANY. First off, the salesman told me he couldn’t show us the contract we’d be agreeing to. After me pushing back and refusing to move forward he pulled the “alright we don’t typically do this” tactic and caved. I read their agreement, and asked about canceling requiring written advanced notice. He didn’t know that was in the contract. He assured me it would be fine to call and cancel after a year. I also asked if this was an as we needed service. He said yes, we’d have a minimum of 5 services through the year but if we only wanted 5, no problem. Deandre came to our house yesterday to do our quarterly service and was just amazing. He was professional, courteous, listened and clearly acknowledged my requests, and did a fabulous job. Highly recommend.

Our technician was Michael. He was outstanding. When he completed his requirements, he pointed out minor issues that no other technician had mentioned before. We appreciate his thoroughness.

Johnathan ID’ed the pests (carpenter ants) causing our major problem and specifically treated that area with some different chemicals. He also recommended a through inspection to if other areas of the house have the same problem

Pretty terrible experience all around. I've had to call four times to get my service cancelled, multiple times people telling me no prior record of my calls or emails. Pesticide thrown all over my garage, all over food products, vehicles, tools etc. Repeatedly given the runaround when calling, no notes after calling multiple times, told I was going to be called back and nothing. Attached just a few of the pictures, it was everywhere. Clearly don't care if they are poisoning people or about making it right.
