Zachary performed my service today he did a great job he listened to my concerns and he did exactly what I asked him to do. Please send Zachary to my property when my time comes for service. He was awesome. I've been very pleased with EcoShield's services.

I appreciate the service, but the 4 red reflective posts on both sides of my driveway are not for you to run over. You are lucky you didn't puncture your tire because they are staked down with rod iron posts. You broke one of my posts and ran tracks into my yard, which is soft and wet. Posts are really there for a reason.

Amari was prompt and courteous. Announcing his arrival. Explaining the work he'll be doing. And announced when it was completed. Letting me know the present condition of my home. He asked if I had any questions or concerns. I replied not at this time. Then told me to have a great day. Amari made the experience a pleasurable one.

The EcoShield Team is absolutely wonderful! Their communication is outstanding. I always receive clear updates about appointments, including who is coming and exactly when to expect them. Hakeem is especially fantastic. He is always on time, professional, courteous, and consistently does excellent work. Our Ecoshield technician Jermaine did an excellent job servicing our home. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what he was doing and why. He was thorough with the treatment and made sure all of our concerns were addressed before leaving. We really appreciated how respectful and efficient he was throughout the entire visit.
