Ecotek Power Washing

Way to much money for this service! We set a date and time and they were on time and always polite. From there on it was all down hill, out of 3 power washers none of them would work. while working on the 3rd one they kept spaying the bleach on the 2 out buildings I have without properly rinsing them off. They finally packed up and told me someone would be coming by soon to complete the job. By 2:30 pm that day I called them to cancel because it would be too late by the time they finished. Came back 2 days later to complete the job. different crew and truck and on time I pointed out what the first team did and showed them the damage to siding. They were able to get some of the stains out Pros- polite On time Cons- to much money for the job Killed my grass Streaked all of my windows Bad

I used this service (Ecoteck soft wash) about a week ago (12/10/25) and I found both the customer service and technicians to be very good. Beginning with my first contact over the phone through the completion of the service. They were professional, courteous, conscientious and extremely thorough in the performance of their duties. Washed my house. Brought it back to life! The product and tools they use are very effective and removing dirt and mildew off the siding, soffits, porch, windows frames, etc…I highly recommend and the communication has been exceptional, especially Matt.

We have utilized Ecotek every few years to wash the house, but this year the house was in very bad shape with mold and mildew, once the were done, it looked like new. I like the soft wash because it does not penetrate under the siding and does not blow through the windows. My neighbor commented on how good it looked and asked for their number. I would highly recommend Ecotec for any siding or roof cleanings! See the photo's on how well it turned out!
