Good work at a reasonable price. They returned my call promptly, gave me a quote and scheduled a time for the work right away. Communication was excellent, they arrived on time and did a great job. Justin explained everything that was going to be done, he did an excellence job I would never have thought spending that small amount of money would make my house look so new. I have a two story home and he didn't miss a spot. They had a cancellation and got it done the next day I ask for it to be done.

3.8 actually. Our technician arrived within the stated time frame and was personable. The lead tech reviewed all work TBD and then got right down to it. We were most pleased with the job.on sidewalks, retaining wall, and the deck.Very pleased with the roof! Windows were quite good but there were many water spots on several windows- they will wipe away. Unfortunately, the cleaning stripped 5 pieces of teak patio furniture down to bare wood- even at a low pressure setting. We had specifically questioned whether or not that would happen and were assured that it would not. We took photos and reported it while the tech was still there . It will cost us a fair amount of time and money to repair it. 😬

We had them come out to clean our house and patio a few days ago. The house looks amazing and I have never seen the marble on our patio look so good before. The only negative I have about our experience is that the chemicals they used are not plant friendly! Please be aware of this if you are considering hiring them. I have attached photos of some of my plants that were affected. There are two bushes that were both healthy and now the one that was near the house is dead. There are pictures of both the heathy one and the dead one so you can see. Many of our raspberry bushes and ferns are also dead now. I love how the house turned out, but if you have plants that you don’t want dead please be careful.

This is our second year having Christmas lights installed by Ecotek. The customer service and communication exceeded our expectations. The pricing was fair and reasonable compared to other holiday light installation companies and we are extremely pleased with the final outcome. The installation guy was very polite and called when he was on his way to our home for scheduling purposes and I really appreciate it his professionalism.
