Reached out to them and a sales rep responded and provide a quote for the roof and house cleaning services. Felt the pricing was a good value and I scheduled the service and they showed up on time. House and roof look great and would call on them again in 2 years.

We were very impressed with the polite and professional employees in the Norfolk office. The services were clearly explained with no pressure. Will definitely schedule them the next time we need any power washing services. We were not in the market for their holiday lighting installation / removal but the pictures we saw were amazing.

My experience was not a good one this time. I took off from work to have my home power washed but instead I got dried water stains on my front door. I was told after calling this company that the power wash equipment was not working.i was home and the technician knocked on my door to tell me this instead of ringing the doorbell like he did when he arrived. I did not hear the knock.He left without a phone call or a note in the door. I got no follow up call from this company until I called them today and this happened on a Friday. I think the service I was unprofessional. I do not know if I will be using them again. I have used them in the past but the service this time was bad.

I used Eco Tek to dispose of some furniture and other home furnishings. They were very professional. They kept me informed of their arrival time and when they arrived the items were removed promptly and professionally. If you need junk or excess items removed from your home, call them. Their prices are reasonable.

Our house looks great! Everything from the booking to the cleaning was such an easy process. Everyone we spoke to was friendly and helpful. We will definitely use Ecotek again!
