Jason and his coworker came out this morning to Install a New Hot Water Heater in my home. They were prompt, neat, thorough by providing explanation on how the controls worked. They tested system, cleaned up and all in a very reasonable timeframe. I appreciate the companies bi annual inspections which actually turned up the need for this repair, and their follow through with complete installation and discard of old materials. Very much recommend them.

Jason from service (and the guy assisting him, forget his name) both were courteous and caught a crack in our furnace. Carbon monoxide poisoning could have been affecting our family and we didn’t even know it. Luckily Adam from sales came out the same day and we decided to buy both a new furnace/AC unit. Within 2 days, Paul and Dan from install did an amazing quick job getting the new system in. They were polite and respectful. They answered all questions. We appreciate ECS helping us catch this carbon monoxide issue and the quick turn around on installing our new system. Support this small company. We will use them for system maintenance also !
