A few years ago my geothermal system, which was installed by a big name company in this area, began to peter out. As a result I began the tedious search of finding who I would trust for purchasing a new system and the significant dollar amount. I researched approximately 5 companies in this area. The ONE that stood out the best (HANDS DOWN) was NS Johnson. Mike came in to my house and explained everything in very comprehensive manner. His quote was very competitive as well. The absolute Best! Winter storm was on the way and our tankless water heater went out that also heats our home. The company that installed it was less than concerned and offered to "rent" us some space heaters for a week or when they could get to our issue. In tears I made the best phone call I have ever made...to NS Johnson! I was fortunate to have Jake call me back. He was not just a person that serviced the system, he was sincerely concerned about what we were going through. I have honestly never had someone work so hard to make things right. Happy customer. I have used these guys for my own home and my rentals. Every time I call they get to me fast and charge me a reasonable rate. Mike is easy to get a hold of and Jake is personable and always in a good mood when he arrives.
