We recently ran into a plumbing issue and had gone through another company. The other company had to come over 3 separate occasions, and would charge us every time. The other company had told us they would call to do a quote for the pipe repair, and after 2 days of no calls/no show to schedule, we contacted Ed Garrow and Sons. What a pleasant opposite they were! We had a gentleman at our home within 15 minutes of our first call, and when he left, we had a rough estimate of $1,800 for emergency repair (visit free of charge) The very next day, at 8am, the repair had begun. We had a failing sewer pipe under the slab of our house. Ed and his men were very careful to pinpoint the problem and make sure that nothing else was lurking which would give us trouble. They explained exactly what was going on and how they would repair it. The job was done by Ricky and his helper, who were friendly and professional - and didn't mind all of my questions. They did a superb job and I paid a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of an underground plumbing repair that needs expert attention!
