PM Leary Restoration

We had a pipe burst in February in the basement. PM Leary’s came within an hour and had a crew arrive shortly after. The crew from Restoration was efficient and professional. When we were ready to rebuild the basement as most of it was a finished area, the Building crew came and did an amazing job. The entire area came out even better than it was. It was easy and fun to work with the supervisor and build our plan. Both facets of this company were outstanding!

Had a flooded basement they came and damaged my new refrigerator and my molding on my wall and never completely cleaned my basement. Left a bad review with pictures had the owner call me and promise me compensation and for new workers to come and finish. I got the job finished after missing work both times. Now they want to demand payment for the deductible. They even say they will take legal action for payment. I have over 2 grand in property damaged by them.

PM Leary responded immediately to our house when my daughter informed my wife and I of water coming down from ceiling while I was in Myrtle Beach. They did a great job figuring out the issue and then replaced all the damage areas including walls, flooring, ceiling, and trim very nicely. We had Leary do some work in our basement to alleviate water entering in the spring and also in times of heavy rain. The crew were prompt, professional and courteous. Excellent experience all around. This was our second project using Leary and it went smoothly. Lee was great to deal with from start to finish. I contacted them via e-mail and they were quick to respond with follow-up questions. Had them repair some water damage to some wooden exterior walls on my garage and install vinyl siding over it. They did a beautiful job. Will definitely use again on future jobs.
