It was such an incredible experience work with the team. We were in a time crunch to get granite countertops installed before the ribbon cutting ceremony of our candle shop. After the first company wasn’t able to meet our deadline, I found E&D in an online search and decided to check them out based on some of the reviews I read. Rosa was very pleasant during our initial meeting and extremely patient with me during our many chats that followed through the process. E&D Granite City, was recommended to us for our kitchen remodeling project. They are professional, very friendly and have outstanding customer service. They listened to our wishes, needs, and wants. From meeting with Rosa our first contact person, I knew we were in good hands. The project was tailored for us. This was my second time with the E&D team. The fact that I went with them again should speak volumes. Their office staff is so kind and pr. Their crews come in, get started, complete the work, and leave the work area CLEAN! I appreciate this so much. I love my new kitchen. The job was done beautifully I cannot wait to show my family the quality of their craft. Patrick, their field operations manager was on top of my project from start to finish. I tried to get a big box to do it but by the time they could come out and measure a template E&D had already completed my kitchen. I will have them on speed dial for my next project. My husband and I are very pleased with the service that we’ve received with our granite countertop From our sales rep, Natasha, she was very helpful, offered suggestions, knowledgeable, prompt and to her word and was not pushy. Also, the installation staff were excellent as well; very organized, neat and tidy and respectful. Our experience with this company was excellent and would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to friends and family.

Could not recommend E&D Granite enough! We were remodeling our kitchen and had never taken on a project like that before. Natasha walked us through all the different types of stone we could choose from. Really took the time to learn our style. We were able to go that day and see the granite slab we were interested in and got it reserved. The best part was that I never once had to reach out about installation. Natasha kept in close contact with me and once our cabinets were installed they sent out someone to template within a few days. Countertops were installed about a week and a half later. They are perfect!
