Ed Senez Aluminum Specialists absolutely delivered on the order and installation of our hurricane shutters. Every time my husband and I called the office, there was never an automation. Bridgette answered that phone, and gave us an immediate update status. They set the time expectation clearly and delivered ahead of time. She is always professional and courteous. And to top that, we were sent two of the most professional installers, Jerad and TC. Totally down the earth, respectful, and about business. We are most pleased about shutters and are now doing more business with them. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

I had an issue with my screen enclosure that had rips from a wild animal that fixed the very next day after my call. I even tried to have them provide pricing for them to replace the entire encloser with a brand new one but the owner said there is still plenty of life left and he would be able to repair the enclosure for way less so there was no need to spend a bunch a cash for no reason. Extremely happy with their honesty. I wish all contractors were like them because it would make home repair projects less stressful knowing you're not going to be scammed!

Had a little trouble with timing but took a few weeks longer to get started. But after going to office a couple time we worked it out. Overall awsome job guys nailed it. Great employees. I had front and back patio screened and gutters installed. I am extremely happy with their workmanship. And would recommend them 100% awsome job.

They did a fantastic job on the aluminum patio cover at our home. I had a couple unusual requests: no screen and columns wrapped in wood. They didn't even blink at the requests and the end result is beautiful!! But, let me prepare you, these guys ARE VERY BUSY so you will wait awhile until they get to your project. But once they got to mine, they were fast, efficient, professional and knowledgeable. 😃
