Ed Young's Plumbing

Ed Young's Plumbing did a great job. I called in the morning and they came out to fix my leak that afternoon. Ryan was professional and provided me the most cost effective solution to fix the leak. Ryan was quick to complete the work and cleaned up after himself. I will definitely use Ed Young's Plumbing again and recommend my friends and family.

First impression: upfront and professional. We booked a sewer cleaning at the office. They were very upfront about boundaries (they were not going to take anyone else’s opinions— or pictures), they gave us their standard rate for cleaning (reasonable— I’ve been through a few plumbers on this sewer) and said they could be there the next morning even though this was not an emergency. Second impression: make that REALLY professional and thorough. They snaked the drain with a side cutter (vs the augers and c-cutters that punch a hole through the roots but don’t close cut them) to see how much they could get out, then used a camera to see how well the sewer had opened and went back and forth between cutting and inspection until the sewer looked as clear as they could get it. Ed Youngs sent out a plumber to snake a very clogged kitchen drain; and Mark did a great job. He took care to place down plastic, used shoe coverings, and didn't leave any mess. This was a fairly priced service over all. I suppose someone else could be cheaper, but you usually get what you par for imho. We will sure consider using Ed Youngs again for plumbing situations when necessary. This drain service has a 30 day warranty.

I would never suggest Ed Young’s plumbing to anyone. Rude customer service on the phone. Work lasted for four months. Charge $288 to have a drain snake. That lasted for four months.

John and Mark installed our new Hot Water Tank and were extremely professional and efficient. They called before arriving, arrived on time, explained everything concisely, reviewed everything when the job was complete, cleaned up thoroughly, and were very respectful of our home and property. I don't know if either of them smoke but they did not smell like smoke and they did not smoke on or around our property, which is greatly appreciated. They improved the valves and connections when installing the new Hot Water Tank and removed the old Tank. David was extremely helpful on the phone getting the process started as well. I would HIGHLY recommend Ed Young's and will absolutely use them for future plumbing needs. Top Class operation.
