We had an excellent experience with Eddie Green HVAC Services and can't recommend them highly enough. Our furnace suddenly stopped working during extremely cold weather, and it was incredibly stressful trying to find a company willing to help on short notice. One company did come out, but told us they wouldn't be able to work on the furnace right away. I then found Eddie Green HVAC online, and what a difference. When the heat went out at one of my rental properties, my usual HVAC technician was unavailable, so I used another tech who came highly recommended. Unfortunately, he completely misdiagnosed the issue and even suggested breaking through a wall due to a supposed ventilation problem. He claimed the furnace was working and said he could come back in a week—which was unacceptable, especially since my tenant is an elderly woman and this was an emergency. I work for an Energy Efficiency company, I installed a smart thermostat for a customer and she was having electrical issues. Because I was the last one to touch the furnace, I had to make sure that the problem was not related to the thermostat I installed, I contacted Eddie Green after I found him on Google and not only did he answer the phone personally, he came out to assess the situation and was there within 10 minutes of me calling him. He was efficient and clearly knew his stuff, he found the problem and got it resolved, then to top it all off he did not even charge extra for his time. He was professional and knowledgeable, and I would recommend this guy any day of the week.

Eddie was great very knowledgeable. He responded immediately to help with our heater in our 3 unit building. Highly recommend to anybody!
