Eddie Koster Plumbing & Heating

I have been looking for a plumber since last summer to fix my outdoor faucet. It was super old. So many plumbers no showed me and/or didn’t get back to me. Called Eddie Koster plumbing last week and today Paul and Neal came to replace it and did a fantastic job! They were great from start to finish! Thank you so much!! Happy to find a reliable plumber!

They don’t do a great job in changing water valve. Left the scene uncleaned, didn’t close the wall outlet frame, left the sheet rock cut open. More importantly, it took them longer to figure out the issue and source the part and thus their cost was much much higher. The size of the open frame and the valve box didn’t match either and that left a wall opening.

My wife and I have used Eddie Koster Plumbing on several occasions and have been very pleased with each plumbing job we have presented them with. They are courteous, work efficiently, and use quality materials. Our latest job involved replacement of an outside faucet. I noticed the valve was from Wolverine Brass Company, a top quality company not found in retail stores. Most important, the job is done right from the beginning with never a call back to them concerning workmanship. Bill and Carol

These guys come and turn on our water and HVAC systems for our 15 unit condo facility every year, and Paul and Mike were wonderful to work with. Thanks for your efficiency and help.
