We unexpectedly ran out of oil in this extreme cold weather and had the pleasure of working with Stacy, who went above and beyond the call of duty to accommodate our needs. What a treasure you have in Stacy - from her professionalism and efficiency to her caring disposition. Such a rare find in this world to receive exemplary service and we are extremely appreciative of her efforts.

I used this company for probably 11 years. Easy to use online order. They always had a great price and friendly staff. Also shout out to Wayne , one of the drivers, who was always kind. Thank you! I only dont use them now cause I'm in an apartment now.

I put an order in on Dec 23 at 2:00 pm. I was charged immediately, but received no correspondence. I finally called on Dec 27 (they were closed Monday, Dec 26 for the bank holiday-really). I was told I would get a delivery on Jan 3, a full 11 days after I placed the order. I understand it was the holidays, but considering there was a historical cold snap, the company should have done a lot more to anticipate need. I called Hackettstown Oil, and for a $25 fee, got oil delivered the same day.

Have been using this company for almost 2 years now and have received the best service! I had a question regarding online ordering and Sarah the office manager went above and beyond to answer all of my questions. We have never waited more than 2 days after ordering (usually only 1 if not during busy season) to have the delivery arrive. Drivers are always helpful and pleasant! Prices are great and easy to keep track of on their website.
