I had "THE" best technician, Camden come to my home today for an emergency service. He was extremely nice, informative, and diagnosed the problem quickly. His customer service skills were phenomenal. It sucks to have an emergency heating issue when the weather sucks as bad as it does today, but Camden truly made the experience tolerable. Too bad more companies don't have techs and advisors like Camden. He took the time to explain the cause while still working expeditiously confirming and ultimately fixing the problem. I hired Edelman to install a new furnace and AC system. The install itself went fine and the price was reasonable, but the customer service afterward was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had with any company. There was an installation error that caused power to be shut off to my entire property. Edelman did fix the issue, and at first they told me the invoice for the repair would be waived since it was related to their workmanship. Instead, I was repeatedly billed for it and eventually threatened with collections if I didn’t pay. This was only resolved after I opened a BBB complaint, at which point it was blamed on “miscommunication between departments.” Throughout the process, I found the communication extremely poor. Justin was prompt, professional, and efficient. He quickly took care of the issue. Justin answered my questions and also checked a couple other items at my request. He explained everything thoroughly, including the cost. We are first time customers who will not hesitate to use Edelman’s again.

Edelman diagnosed the problem quickly, explained everything clearly, and fixed the breaker and outlets the same day. They were honest about some older, compromised wiring, turned off the unsafe section for safety, and explained that it could be repaired later without pressure or scare tactics. I really appreciated the transparency and professionalism. Pricing was fair, communication was clear, and the work was done efficiently. I would definitely recommend Edelman and would use them again.
