Hi Everyone, after MANY years we decided to finally get our kitchen remodeled in our old colonial home. Edelmans was great from beginning to end. The products are such high quality and my faucet is the BEST faucet ever. Most importantly, our helper Tori was wonderful! She knew exactly what we wanted ! (!even before I did !) She was so very efficient and thorough and so easy to talk with. Highly recommend.

We had a challenging scenario w a higher end Grohe, thermostat controlled shower valve that’s considerably dated that we LOVE. It needed a complete “rebuild” and certain parts were difficult to find. Many of which were back-ordered with lengthy lead times. Where the plumbing contractor gave up, taking the easier route, they recommended to buy a new and “modern” shower valve which required an extensive and expensive renovation…..Edelmans (in particular Chris Sliwinski) kept at it. Mr Sliwinski went above and beyond, for months, locating every last component needed. Job completed. Mission accomplished. Mr Sliwinski…..Edelmans has a life long customer due to your professionalism, knowledge, attitude and persistence. We greatly appreciate you Sir. Thank you.

A few years ago we had our master bath professionally remodeled and our contractor used Edelman for all the plumbing fixtures. Fast forward to June of 2020 and we decided to do a DIY remodel of our powder room and main full bath. We called Edelman's because they were so nice to work with before. They did not disappoint us this time as they were able to pull up our order from a few years ago which made ordering the toilets and undermount sinks very easy. We wanted a consistent look throughout the bathrooms, so their record keeping made this very easy. We made an appointment with @Olivia Merdita to pick out the vessel sink and faucets to round out our new project. She was respectful of our budget and was able to guide us to the right fixtures to complement the design and look we were go

I worked with Tori on selecting plumbing fixtures for a remodel we’re doing and could not be happier with the service. Edelman has a fantastic selection in their showroom—I ended up purchasing most of what I saw on the floor. Their displays feature unique pieces that I haven’t seen in other showrooms around Northeast Ohio. When we did run into hiccups with deliveries or items being discontinued mid-project, Tori and the Edelman team resolved everything quickly. I can’t express how much I appreciated that.
