Eden Coast

4 doors are all pealing the outside coating. Told by installer last week no warranty to repair by Eden Coast. Lot of money spent for garage doors making an expensive house look bad. Duane - I find your response to a good customer very surprising. You said care instructions need to be followed to maintain outside integrity - neither the installer nor you team gave me any care instructions in writing or verbally. I don't believe any care on my part would prevent the cracking in the picture attached - and this is only 1 of 8 corners! I was lead to believe by your sales staff that the finish would last indefinitely, not 5 years. Most homeowners own their house more than 5 years. Very expensive garage doors that do not hold up for more than five years. The clearcoat finish is peeling off on every door. The product they use does not hold up to the sun. Very expensive to correct this problem. $16,000 garage doors and now they need to be painted? I bought “woodgrain” hurricane rated doors so it would look like a wood grain not paint! Sending back to the factory for repair takes three months and over $10,000!

Great Product and service! Duane and JaNae always go above and beyond to satisfy us and our clients. We have been ordering and installing these doors for 10 years now and can honestly say they hold up great! Only a few cosmetic related issues over the years but they always stand behind their product and make it right.
