Our 17-year old furnace stopped working in late December. I tried fixing it myself through YouTube and HVAC forum research, to no avail. After buying and replacing a part, I finally broke down and called in reinforcement. Tom Schneider has entered the chat. I called him around 6:30 pm on a weeknight, and he was over to our home in Eden Prairie within 25 minutes. After 45 minutes of diagnostics, he had fixed our furnace. Our AC was broken and I contacted Tom on a Monday morning during a record-breaking heat wave that had been going on for a week and would continue for a few weeks. I originally had called Centerpoint and the earliest they could schedule a visit was 10 days out. Tom said he probably wouldn't be able to make it until Friday at the earliest (which was still several days before Centerpoint could come out) but I received a call later in the afternoon from him that he had an open window! He was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable, and quickly figured out that it was a blown capacitor on our end. I contacted Tom on a Friday evening and he showed the next morning on a Saturday. Found that my AC was leaking refrigerant. Told me he could add some but the AC unit was 23+ years old and he didn't recommend spending money on it. I agreed and had him come back a couple days later and install a new AC unit. It's working perfectly! I Highly recommend Tom, he's honest and very professional.

I have never written a review before but felt compelled to write one about Tom. He was amazing! I called at 7:00pm on a Sunday, we was able to come the next day, didn't give me the run around and was able to fix my AC unit. His prices made me happy too! I will definitely use him again and already gave his information to several friends.
