This company replaced our roofs and gutters for our entire 24 unit association. I have NEVER dealt with such an ethical company that really cared that we were satisfied with the job! Our bid was extremely thorough and prices were fair! Numerous unit owners would comment about the high quality of worked performed on their homes, as well as how hard the crew worked. We dealt with Alan and he was on the site everyday to help and be sure things went smoothly. He was highly professional and extremely thorough. I really can't say enough about this company! Trust me, we compared a handful of companies and you will NOT be disappointed if you choose them!

We are so happy we chose this contractor, which we discovered from a personal referral. Management is communicative, supportive, flexible, and highly ethical. They were great working with our insurance company. The crew was wonderful. One small anecdote: my kids and I came back from running errands while the crew was working - the crew stopped all activity and waited until we were inside before resuming. They took great care of our plants and cleaned up wonderfully - once they left there was no sign they were there.

As long time homeowners, this was our fourth roof and far the most professionally installed from start to finish. We are just knocked out by the quality and efficiency of J.Robert’s overall. The price was extremely competitive (best out of five bids) and worth every penny. The crew was incredibly fast but without cutting any corners or compromising their work. As part of the job we had a solar tube installed through a complex network of nested rooflines. The carpenter did a beautiful job and their cost was a fraction of other bids. They cleaned everything up so well that the backyard ended up cleaner than it was before they arrived on site! We can’t recommend them highly enough.

I have hired J Robert Roofing two times so far. The first time I hired them I worked with Bob to reroof my home. They were very professional and did great work. Most recently I hired Alan to do a roof inspection for me before buying a property. This ended up being the right call as Alan found many issues. Alan wrote up a thorough report that was useful to ensure I was protected for the transaction. I would say if you are looking for anything related to roofing, then Alan is your guy. The next time I need roofing services they will receive my business. I recommend Alan and his crews without any doubt.

I originally had my roof replaced by Bob and his crew several years ago. Recently, a tree fell on my house and did minimal damage, so I called them to get the roof repaired so I could claim it to my insurance. I talked to Alan, and he told me that he would have Juan come out, assess the damage, and then they were going to send me a quote the following week. I never received the quote. So I called another week later to check on the status, and they never called back. I called and left messages for several weeks now and they are not answering or returning my call. I even left a message asking for a courtesy call to tell me if they don't want to do the work anymore, and nothing. Pretty lousy business practice if you ask me. Clearly the new regime is not an honorable one,
