Used Quest to do my every 3 month blood draws per my liver specialist. Due to have previously setup lab appointment, it was as easy as doing video check in and scanning in my driver license as identification and scanning in my health insurance card. Then just waiting to get called in. I was done with blood draw within minutes of my appointment time.

Moved into the building in May; horrible issues with heating and cooling. 62 degrees all summer long and 58 degrees this morning with outdoor temperature 46. We have no control over temperature, in spite of a number of thermostats around the office. 5 months of written and phone contacts with no response, other than " we will notify maintenance". Neighboring tenants are moving out because they have not gotten a response in 5 years. We care for frail seniors and handicapped all day long. Instead of repaving broken pavement in parking lot, they simply painted new lines. I am writing this in hopes of preventing another small business from signing a long term commitment and losing clients/patients as well.

Went to Quest Diagnostics for blood work. This place has plenty of pa4king and is easy to find the business you're looking for on the touch screen kiosk by the elevator.

Using the kiosk for Quest can be challenging. There's no one to help. I saw an old lady trying over and over to understand the machine, and no one was there to assist.

Nice office building, easy to find and get to off of Cicero, Peterson or the Edens.
