Walked in to buy an impact for work and was almost IMMEDIATELY was kicked out by this incredibly rude employee named Karen, she claimed to recognize me and when I asked where the power tools were she responded with”they are locked up” not even answering my question and called the cops on me while I was leaving. This lady is incredibly discriminatory and unacceptable. Never shopping here ever again

No customer service to speak of. Staff seem to actively avoid customer interaction. If a customer is noticed, they simply walk in the opposite direction. I attempted twice to obtain a single copy of a house key. On both occasions, no one came to assist. The experience was almost comical. This does not resemble a serious business 😬

Really great local Ace. Went here to get a few things. Store organized, staff very friendly, and most importantly, easy to get the items you need! Went to get some batteries, easy to locate, and got a battery tester which was also easy to locate as well. The help center they have there has really nice staff too. And checkout was quick and easy also. So, all in all, great local Ace. Will be back! Thanks Ace!

I’m in here often, as a new resident of the area getting our new place set up. The staff is consistently helpful, often with someone at the door to help you find what you’re looking for. The place is clean, stocked and organized. Overall it’s a pretty big Ace as well.
