Luis was amazingly responsive, communicated throughout the engagement and was very kind and helpful. He fixed several tiles super quick and got our roof back into order. He also identified an unrelated issue with the gutter, so this feels like we have a new favorite roofing guy 😀.

We noticed a leak starting in our kitchen. Luis came out to look at our roof and found the area around the chimney was where water was coming in under some flashing not nailed down well. He took pictures for us to see and re-nailed and caulked the nails and edges of the flashing. We are very pleased. He was professional, prompt, explained everything, and did the job efficiently and without any upsale. We will definitely contact this company again with any construction and/or repairs to our home.
