Over the phone, this guy told me that a card was fine to pay with (after a $30 deposit). After getting here, he then told me I needed to pay him in cash because it was an after hours call. He told me the lock change would cost $800. At this point I’ve already been waiting outside in 40 degree weather for two hours due to constant delays from him, and I just needed to get inside. He suggested going to an ATM together so that I can withdraw cash. I went to the bank but the whole thing felt increasingly sketchy. After I questioned him on whether this was a scam he became aggressive, shouting at me and demanding I get his cash. Scheduled an appointment to get a lock changed. Everything was fine and was told they would be here in an hour by 11am. They called back and ask if they can come at 1pm instead. I tell them its no problem. 1 rolls around and nobody shows up. After a half hour I call to see if anyone is on their way and I proceed to get hung up on several times after just trying to find out if someone was going to show up or not. Don't waste your time.

Lost my key fob at a festival and they were not only able to get me in my car but he programmed a new fob for me right then and there. From the time I called to the technician arriving and me getting back on the road was all within an hour. Great service!

A bit over priced, but I needed the deadbolt asap. A little disappointed when the tech didn’t put the plate on the frame for the deadbolt, I only realized the next day. He said that was the best way!! They told him to come back and fix it. For the price I expected more professionalism.
