I can not say enough about how incredible the experience was with Ed's Floor & Home from start to finish. We hired them to retile the flooring in our sunroom and it came out perfect. Lisa made the process easy and fun. She helped guide me through the material selection process and helped ensure that our project completed on time. The installers and everyone else we worked with along the way was top notch. I would highly recommend Ed's Floor & Home to everyone!

Ed’s Flooring America Plaistow gets a 💯 A++ for the two projects they completed at our new home. First we had Ed’s team demo our great room over the garage which included old tile and very old rug. Then Ed’s Flooring America team, specifically Riley, designed my tile layout 10xs better than my scratched on paper design. When I came home and saw his layout my jaw dropped. I couldn’t believe how cool this was going to be! This project came out absolutely amazing and I know it was not easy. We also had all the rugs upstairs replaced by Ed’s Flooring America Plaistow. That included two custom closets that they had to maneuver the rug through. They were quick and clean and took care of everything. Another 💯 for this project also! We have lived in New Hampshire close to 30 years and each and every time we are looking for floor coverings, we go directly to Ed's Floor & Home. From carpet, to tile, to linoleum to our most recent purchase of gorgeous LVP, Ed's hits it out of the park every time. Most recently, we dealt with Lisa Reeves for our kitchen renovation and she was excellent to work with -- very knowledgeable and responsive to our questions/concerns. Despite a few issues in the beginning. Jacob, & Mike resolved all issues & made sure the installation & job was completed as promised. The installation was excellent, as was the end result. All involved with us were professional & great to deal with.

Love the floor and very pleased with Eds Flooring America Plaistow staff and installer. This review is overdue, but figured I can attest now that time has passed how much we love this flooring! Back in November of 2022 we had the luxury vinyl plank flooring installed in the in-law apartment for my mom after my dad passed. We love it! What we didn't know is that we would be getting two puppies for mom to keep her company and this floor is great for upkeep with the two rascals! The personnel at the store were professional, helpful and patient; the same experience at the clearance center. The installer was pleasant and efficient. We also had Eds install luxury vinyl plank flooring in our family room back in 2021 and it was the same experience, top notch! Thank you Ed's Flooring Americ
